Open a project's Prep Sheet, or start a new one from the template. Every tab of the Sheet loads in the suite as cards, in the same order, ready to edit.

How projects work
Prep Suite keeps everything in your Google Drive: your Prep Sheet with all your notes, plus the MP3 recordings of your characters and pronunciations. Nothing is ever uploaded to The Audiobook Guy's servers, so your project stays private between you and your own Google account. New Project creates a project folder (with Audio for pronunciations and Audio_0 for character voices inside) and a fresh copy of the Prep Sheet template, ready for entries. The first time, Google asks you to select the template once so the suite is allowed to copy it. Existing Sheets need tabs named Characters and Pronunciation, shared as "Anyone with the link" can view. Click Enable editing after loading to add or edit entries. Don't edit the Google Sheet directly. Add and change everything here in Prep Suite. The suite reads the template's layout, so columns or rows added to the Sheet by hand may not show up.

Add Character
Click a cell and paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V) a row copied from a Google Sheet or the research tools' Copy row. It spreads across the columns like in Sheets and fills the form below. Grey columns are formulas and fill themselves.
